Cemeteries

When working with cemeteries, the studio can offer assistance with master plans, development plans and operational plans based on the Quality Description for Cemeteries and Rules for Accessibility in the National Church.

The work with cemeteries takes place in close dialog with the parish council board, management, employees, deanery, etc. The aim is to find solutions that take into account operations and finances, give due consideration to the history of the cemetery, have a contemporary approach to new and old forms of burial, and take into account current and future estimated burial needs.

We also offer work on new cemeteries, cemetery expansions, changes to existing cemeteries or the conversion of individual cemetery sections to a more modern style.
